We raise funds in the community and use those funds to support students and teachers in Ridgefield Public Schools. We fund mini-grants for classrooms, student scholarships, emergency funds for principals and employee appreciation awards. To support programs that enhance the academic, social, and career development of every student in the Ridgefield School District.

On Thursday evening, May 24, 2001 the Philanthropic Youth Council of Ridgefield was launched. Guest speakers volunteer to share with the council their experiences and counsel regarding their particular field of interest. This is a special opportunity for the students to direct a youth initiative.
